• We focus primarily on STEM enrichment and ways to reinforce scientific principles learnt in the classroom.

​

• We currently offer robotics and engineering, coding/programming as well as physical and life science options.

​

• Students work on exercises that reinforce the scientific principles learned in their school STEM curriculum and the everyday application of those concepts.

​

• Teamwork is an integral part of the learning process at ELE which helps participants improve their social, communication and leadership skills through participation in group projects and activities.

​

• Participants are also encouraged to find creative outlets and think outside the box in the completion of assigned tasks. Complementary enrichment and recreational activities including fine and performing arts, crafts, sports, financial literacy and entrepreneurship are also incorporated into the curriculum.

• Our curriculum is selected and designed to include topics that will be of interest to both genders and appropriate to the age groups enrolled.

Holiday Camps

​​

We offer week-long camps during school holiday breaks. ​​Instructor to class size ratio will is typically 1 to 20 wand each class has also includes at least 1 teaching assistant in order to better accommodate different learning styles, knowledge levels and providing an effective ratio of 1 instructor per 10 students.

In a typical week in our summer program, our campers may engage in:

​

• Building robots for various (remote controlled and autonomous) tasks.

• Designing chain reaction challenges.

• Testing engineering and design principles.

• Understanding chemical reactions  and the what, where and how of why they occur.

• Designing and building electric circuits.

• Understanding  DNA and experimenting with it. 

• Crime scene investigation and forensics e.g. analyzing fingerprints.

• Collaboration to solve problems.
